Refund Policy

1PINK1 PLANTS Return Policy 

We have a 20 day return policy for most of our items.  To begin a return, please read the following and then contact us via email: 1pink1plants@gmail.com with your return request.  We will then send you a return label.

*To be eligible for a return, item must be a full price item that is faulty, damaged, or  misprinted.

* Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

* We do not accept returns if you change your mind.

* Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

* Non-returnable items:

* Plants cannot be returned

* Live houseplant cuttings cannot be returned

* Gift cards

* Sale or discounted items

* Downloadable software products

* Health and personal care items

* Book with obvious signs of use

* CD, DVD, or software that has been opened.

* Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery.

* Other types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

*We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

 

1PINK1 PLANTS' Refund Policy

* Full price items are eligible for a full refund or item exchange within 20 days of receiving it if the product is faulty, damaged, or misprinted.

* All non-returnable items listed above like plants, houseplant cuttings, and other listed items cannot be refunded.

* Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be processed.

* A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

* Please note, there is no reimbursement for returned shipping.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and they will be deducted from the overall refund amount.

 

Item Exchange (if applicable)

* Item(s) can only be exchange within 20 days of receiving it if the product is faulty, damaged, or misprinted

* Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Late or missing refunds

Please check your bank account or contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
