Refund policy

1PINK1 PLANTS Return Policy:

We do not accept returns, but will replace or refund a defective, damaged, or misprinted item.  Please contact us at 1pink1@1pink1plants.com withing the same days of receiving a defective, damaged, or misprinted product to initiate a product replacement or refund process. 

Live plants are a final sale. No returns on live plants. 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Any applicable refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.
